Basic Detox Salt Soak π πΏ
Combine 1/4 cup of sea salt or Himalayan salt, 1/4 cups of Epson salt ( to relieve tired muscles and reduce inflammation), 1/4 cup of baking soda (to soften skin and ease skin irritation), and add to your bathwater. You might also include 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar for its astringent and pH-balancing properties. You can increase the ingredients proportionately by 3 or 4 times so you will have premixed salt on hand for a week or two. Then add your favorite essential oils to them to create a personalize scented bath.
