What To Expect During Your Massage 💆

At the start of the massage session, you will be asked to undressed and be provided with a towel. If you are uncomfortable with this, it is OK to keep your underwear on. Your masseuse will tell you to lie face down or face up on the table. The massage begins by applying a lubricating oil or lotion. As the massage starts, let your masseuse know if there are any specific points that you want him or her to target or if you began to experience pain let them know and they will gladly adjust their pressure. Then you relax and just enjoy the time spent!
